2019
IndianCare and MANAS collaborated to create a workshop on mental health, types of mental illness, recognising signs and symptoms, stigma, cultural barriers to treatment and avenues for help.
SMRC organised a festival to showcase Dandenong’s rich cultural landscape. InidanCare’s created a cultural experience marquee, which also encompassed the breadth of services offered by IndianCare.
Speak My Language program
Collaborating with ECCV and 3ZZZ Radio we broadcasted the Speak My Language program in Punjabi on senior’s issues.
A free and certified 9 weeks course covering barista knowledge, practical hospitality and food handling, was organised by Good Shepherd ANZ in coordination with IndianCare.
IndianCare participated in a community event organized by Cardinia Shire Council. Harmony Day aimed to celebrate cultural diversity, and to put a focus on creating healthy relationships to build family harmony.

Home Care Services Forum at Nirankari Mission
Elizabeth Drozd, CEO of Australian Multicultural Community Services, delivered a session on aged care reform to members of the Sant Nirankari Mission congregation in Melbourne.
2016
Fun Fact: India provided refuge to Polish refugees during World War II, Maharajah Digvijaysinhji Ranjitsihji Jadeja in particular. A group of Polish women that migrated to Australia decades ago continue to celebrate this meaningful cultural connection. IndianCare shared this story with the Minister for Multicultural Affairs at an event held at Parliament House in partnership with Australian Multicultural Community Services.

4th National Hindu Conference
IndianCare provided an overview of its programs services to the Hindu community at the 4th National Hindu Conference held in Melbourne. This event served as a catalyst for the creation of a number of meaningful community connections.
The Footscray Rotary club funded a community consultation with Indian representatives in Footscray.
